Planes on the Tarmac

This painting of planes on the Tarmac, Southwest and Jet Blue airliners, is created with inks fused to metal.

It has a strong color choice. I these colors to create a blistering heat feeling of the sun on the concrete. I also want to add color to rooms with neutral walls.

The inks are applied to a sheet of buffed metal (aluminum) over a coating of white. The inks are fused at about 400º to fuse to the surface structure of the metal for a permanent fix. I find that the base white adds to the luminosity of this work.

Sized at 20x30, and comes ready to display on the wall at your home, office or gallery. The investment is $1795 plus $85 shipping.
