The Wall, Korean War Memorial DC

Near the Lincoln Memorial stands the Korean War Veterans Memorial in Washington DC. The reflections of Korean War veterans are in the field before the wall. Their reflections are haunting in the dark marble of the wall. The wall with etchings was designed by Louis Nelson of New York, N.Y.

The DC Circulator bus includes this stop as it circulates the national mall. A buck a ride with on/off makes the Washington touring easy.

Reflections Off the Wall at the Korean War Memorial

The visible reflections off the wall at the Korean War Veterans Memorial in Washington are haunting. They of course, are simply reflections, but somehow more breathtaking than the statues themselves.
