Roosevelt Lake seen through the cactus on the Apache Trail is a beautiful view. The reservoir was built in 1911 on the Salt River at an elevation of about 2,000 feet. It created the latest lake in Arizona at the time.

This 16x20 in on canvas is titled Roosevelt Lake Through the Cactus. It reveals the view from the Apache Trail.
