We are so spoiled! We are coddled from the gate agent to the captain down to the flight crew. Bathroom, snacks and soda, a breeze when we turn the knob. But when we look out the window...there is the ramp agent. They guide the plane, keep an eye on the fueling, load the luggage and in general, make the turnaround quick. They do the plane turnaround rain or shine.
